Masjid Kampung Laut is a timber mosque in the regional Malay tradition, with a tiered roof and no nails in its original joinery. Its founding date is uncertain and claims vary widely. After flood damage it was dismantled and re-erected at Nilam Puri; coordinates are approximate for its present location.
